Key Responsibilities- Lead the help desk team and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve help desk efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement.
You will also be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, network, and system issues. Additionally, you will maintain documentation of solutions and share best practices with end-users for self-service.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related role, with the ability to lead a team and develop processes.
