Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Professional to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly AWS.

The successful candidate will drive cloud strategy and ensure efficient operation of cloud-based systems.

This role requires a strong background in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and automation. The ability to work collaboratively and drive for results is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments to support applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain automated pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery.
  • Manage and support Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability and flexibility.
  • Implement Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions and use cloud analytics tools.
  • Automate tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform to streamline deployment of containers and EC2 instances.
  • Support developers with release issues, build automated release frameworks, and integrate test automation into CI/CD processes.
  • Apply AWS security best practices to protect infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hard Skills:
  • Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with observability tools and APM solutions.
  • Experience with IaC and automation tools.
  • IT operations skills including troubleshooting, server management, database management, and network troubleshooting.
  • System administration skills: Apache/Nginx configuration, OS updates, and patching.
  • Strong scripting skills.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn; proactive and collaborative.
  • Ability to work well in a remote environment and drive for results.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
  • Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
