Job Summary:

The Brand Compliance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless advertising operations.

This detail-oriented position requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for spotting compliance issues, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring email campaigns, tracking issues, and supporting operational workflows while maintaining data accuracy and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Monitoring Support: Assist in daily campaign oversight, issue logging, non-compliance identification, manual checking, and tracker management.
  • Publisher Operations: Maintain publisher contact information, consolidate duplicate publishers or aliases within CRM systems, log email correspondence, monitor and resolve automation issues, audit project management boards, create workflows and custom fields, and generate detailed reports on publisher activity and correspondence.
  • Operational Task Management: Monitor timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple tools to ensure deadlines are met, collaborate with internal teams to confirm task ownership and timely completion, recap meetings, log action items, and track progress.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Compile reports on compliance and publisher operations, track and analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and identify opportunities for improving workflows, processes, and systems.
