Job Overview

A Senior Ad Operations Manager role is available in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

This position involves end-to-end campaign execution and performance management, including translating campaign objectives into programmatic strategies, managing setup and delivery across platforms, overseeing pacing and optimization, and delivering weekly and post-campaign analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programmatic strategies for campaign objectives.
  • Manage the setup and delivery of campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee campaign pacing, optimization, profitability, and KPI reporting.
  • Provide weekly and post-campaign analysis and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in ad operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and curation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Programmatic Buying, including SSPs, RTB, DMPs, and audience targeting.
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns towards performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
