Role Summary

Senior Paid Search Managers are responsible for overseeing the development and execution of paid search campaigns. They must possess a strong understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as the ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing large paid search budgets, with a proven track record of achieving campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements
  • Regular monitoring of campaign performance, with subsequent optimization of channels to meet campaign KPIs
  • Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Acknowledge and accomplish side projects/task assigned for team development from time to time
  • Stay up-to-date on new developments from various ad platforms actively used in digital media buying
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising
  • Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets
  • In-depth, recent knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques

  • Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads
  • Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or languages
