Asset Manager Position

The successful candidate will oversee the management and tracking of company assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and coordination of logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate asset records in a centralized database
  • Supervise receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment
  • Coordinate property transfers, including documentation and related activities
  • Oversee logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements
  • Prepare and submit reports for lost, damaged, or stolen property
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align asset management practices
  • Conduct routine physical inventories and resolve discrepancies
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for effective asset handling, tracking, and control
  • Monitor contract requirements for full compliance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Logistics, Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in asset and logistics management
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory standards and asset management systems
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and asset transfers
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset/property management systems
  • Ability to support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
