Job Description
  1. Management & Networking
    Develop and implement a comprehensive CVM strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Define KPIs for CVM and ensure alignment with other departments.
  2. Data Analysis & Insights
    Lead analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer value. Use techniques like segmentation, predictive modeling, and A/B testing. Create visuals to facilitate data storytelling.
  3. CVM Program Development & Execution
    Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CVM programs focused on customer segments, payments, and fee revenues.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    Track and report on key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  5. Team Management & Development
    Build, mentor, and lead a team of analysts and specialists. Foster a data-driven culture and ensure team members have necessary skills and resources.
  6. Technical Skills
    Utilize applications like Qlik Sense, Tableau, Quick BI. Work with large data sets, write queries, and manipulate data. Use languages like Python, R, SQL for data analysis. Document scripts and formulas for transparency and governance.
The Successful Applicant

Work Experience

  • >=3 years in data science, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
  • >=2 years in banking with analytics experience in CVM preferred

Technical Skills

  • Database/Querying: SQL, Hive
  • Programming: Python
  • Data visualization: Quick BI, Qlik, Tableau

Functional Skills

  • Consulting background with banking industry knowledge
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend decisions
  • Identify business questions and opportunities
  • Data storytelling and insights generation
