Proposal Coordinator Role

The Proposal Coordinator supports the proposal team in crafting, drafting, and submitting high-quality proposals tailored to win contracts. This role involves collaborating with internal departments while adhering to deadlines and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Assist in drafting and editing responses to Invitations to Tender, tailor bid content to accurately address client needs and highlight company strengths.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues across departments to collect information for proposals, incorporate stakeholder feedback into bid documentation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Proofread all bid documents for grammatical accuracy and adherence to client specifications, ensure proposals comply with corporate branding and quality standards.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Conduct market and client research to shape tender responses effectively, maintain a database of prior bids and responses for future use.
  • Project Coordination: Track and report on bid progress against set timelines, support the maintenance of a bid calendar, ensuring alignment with submission deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools, experience or strong knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning.
