Job Title

Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the estimating team by managing bid documents, organizing proposal submissions, and coordinating deadlines.

  • Manage the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for construction projects.

  • Ensure that all RFPs are submitted internally in a timely manner and in compliance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office products knowledge (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

  • Highest levels of attention to detail to produce quality documents.

  • Ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines.

  • Positive attitude towards customers and the team.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and understand prioritization.

  • Self-starter but work well in a team environment.

  • Exceptional desire to please the customer.
