In this pivotal role, you will spearhead operational excellence initiatives across the firm. Collaborating with legal teams, intake specialists, client experience managers, and technology partners, you will optimize workflows, remove inefficiencies, and implement impactful solutions that align with our long-term vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the transformation of business strategies and developing scalable systems that drive growth
  • Optimizing workflows and removing inefficiencies through data-driven decision making and human-centered design
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop metrics-driven solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operational analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
