Key Role: Social Media Reputation Manager

Monitoring, managing, and improving online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums requires a professional approach. Our ideal candidate will ensure brand voice is consistent, while strengthening our reputation through timely engagement.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are required.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.

This role involves multiple tasks including:

  • Monitoring online reviews on platforms like Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Tracking and engaging with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Drafting professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalating sensitive issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
