Social Media Operations Role

A leading fintech organization seeks a skilled professional to manage its social media presence across key platforms. This role will be pivotal in driving engagement, ensuring accurate content tagging, and responding to customer queries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tag and categorize social media posts effectively to enhance discoverability and analytics.
  • Monitor social media channels for opportunities to engage with customers and respond to frequently asked questions promptly.
  • Ensure that all tagged content adheres to best practices to prevent misclassification and skew performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content strategies and maintain a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
  • Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management or operations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
