We are currently looking for a highly skilled Social Media Content Manager to oversee our social media presence and maintain a positive online reputation. This role involves regular engagement, content creation, cross-posting, monitoring of online mentions, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

About the Role
  • Spend 30 minutes twice a day engaging with top posts on LinkedIn, focusing on professional content, brand mentions, employee posts, and relevant themes.
  • Cross-post all LinkedIn content to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Spend 15 minutes twice a day reading news and updates from Amazon and share them via WhatsApp and Social Slack channels.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to create high-quality LinkedIn content, run the first 10 posts by the approver for approval, and then schedule them natively.
  • Conduct daily online reputation checks across various platforms (including Reddit), report any negative findings, and monitor mentions of the brand and company name.
  • Pitch new content ideas, improve the master AI prompt over time, and repurpose high-performing posts into different formats.
Requirements
  • Has experience working with artificial intelligence tools.
  • Strong familiarity with content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written communication skills to craft professional yet engaging comments and posts.
  • Proactive in identifying industry trends and Amazon-related news.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content repurposing and basic graphic design.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in meeting daily posting and monitoring schedules.
  • Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but strong motivation and adaptability are valued.
