Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Reputation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our online presence across various review platforms, social media channels, and forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, and other relevant platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and engage with conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to ensure our brand voice is consistent and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Draft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and company policies.
  • Escalate sensitive issues to internal leadership before responding to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Experience using monitoring/ORM tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or similar to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
