We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging posting schedules
  • Create original and compelling content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including writing industry-specific posts and collaborating with the team to align messaging with brand goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future content decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns for real estate/construction audiences
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement
  • Experience using Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends
