Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on industry trends and clinical trial opportunities.

  • You will identify and engage potential clients, including medical practices, hospitals, and research centers. Your goal is to develop and maintain strong working relationships that drive business growth.

  • You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business expansion and revenue growth. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

  • You will stay updated on industry trends and clinical trial opportunities. This includes analyzing market data and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development and clinical research is mandatory. You must have a proven track record of success in these areas.

  • You must have strong communication and negotiation skills. These are essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • You must be self-motivated and goal-oriented. You should be able to work independently in a remote setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Clinicaltrials.gov is a preferred skill. You should have experience using this platform to identify and engage potential clients.

  • Excel/Google Sheets is a preferred skill. You should have experience using these tools to analyze market data and track client engagement.

  • Digital marketing skills are a plus. You should have experience using digital channels to promote products and services.

  • Medical billing knowledge (CPT, Medicare Fee Schedule) is a plus. You should have experience using these systems to manage client payments and expenses.
