Job Title: Client Growth Expert

This is a pivotal role that drives trust, value, and security in today's digital world.

The Client Growth Expert is at the heart of building lasting client relationships, gaining international exposure, and strengthening client connections while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Handoff:
    • Initiate setup processes by sending required forms to clients and gathering necessary information.
    • Coordinate kickoff meetings with clients and delivery teams.
    • Ensure seamless transition from Sales to Delivery with all relevant details captured.
    • Establish clear success metrics and onboarding milestones.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary post-sale contact for assigned clients.
    • Regularly review progress, address issues, and share updates with clients.
    • Track and report on defined customer health metrics (to be developed with leadership).
    • Proactively identify and address risks to ensure a positive client experience.
    • Manage renewal processes for assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion.
    • Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities or complex negotiations.
  • Advocacy & Marketing Support:
    • Develop customer case studies after successful engagements.
    • Coordinate with clients for PR and joint marketing initiatives.
    • Encourage and guide clients to submit reviews on key industry portals.
  • Feedback & Insights:
    • Collect customer feedback and relay actionable insights to internal teams.
    • Represent the voice of the client in product and service discussions.
    • Recommend process improvements based on recurring client needs or challenges.
