Job Title: Client Growth Champion

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Growth Champion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants, shaping the future of our proprietary software, building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets, and creating pathways for assistant growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in meaningful video calls with international clients to build strong relationships
  • Guide new clients and assistants through smooth onboarding experiences to ensure seamless integration
  • Proactively handle support matters with a solutions-first approach to deliver exceptional service
  • Transform client feedback into actionable improvements to drive business growth
  • Foster lasting client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building strategies
Team Development Mastery:
  • Coach assistants to deliver exceptional services by providing personalized guidance and support
  • Create customized growth plans for team members to drive individual performance and achievement
  • Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation to encourage collaboration and creativity
  • Monitor and celebrate performance wins to recognize and reward outstanding achievements
  • Convert challenges into opportunities for growth and development to enhance team resilience
Tech & Innovation Leadership:
  • Test and evaluate new features in our proprietary software to inform product enhancement decisions
  • Provide strategic feedback for product enhancement to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Pioneer new ways of delivering value to clients through innovative solutions and services

Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of leadership experience in BPO/customer service environments, 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience, a proven track record in team development and coaching, strong English communication skills (written and verbal), experience in performance management and metrics tracking, and background in virtual team management (preferred).

The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong emotional intelligence and empathy, advanced organizational and multitasking skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, excellent documentation and process improvement skills, proactive communication style, adaptability and resilience, and tech-savvy with quick platform adoption skills.
