Key Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance expert to drive financial strategy and provide executive-level insights to support business growth and decision-making.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management. They will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.

They will provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership, lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives and product launches.

Responsibilities will include conducting profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit, ensuring seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger, and establishing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards.

The finance expert will manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles, and identify and mitigate financial risks across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • At least 3-5 years in a finance or senior financial management role
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses strongly preferred
