Job Title: General Ledger Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the finance tower's general ledger and record-to-report process, ensuring seamless operations across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global process roadmaps to achieve targeted business benefits and improve process efficiency.
  • Manage team performance by defining accountabilities, setting objectives, and providing career guidance.
  • Collaborate with process owners and managers to ensure effective operations and leverage synergies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead benchmarking and continuous assessment of global process performance to drive improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage audits, and maintain internal control standards.
  • Drive transactional process standardization through best practices, systems, and policies.
  • Collaborate with IT on system implementation/enhancements affecting RTR processes and deploy enabling technologies.
  • Contribute to development and execution of leading practice strategies; stay updated on developments and trends in process areas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related Record-to-Report leadership role.
  • Proven track record in transformational programs or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with international collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, teamwork, and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Direct experience with annual audits from a public company perspective; knowledge of accounting standards and controls.
