Financial Strategist

The Financial Strategist will provide financial insights and analysis to business units, helping leaders understand their financial situations, identify opportunities and risks, and make informed decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive structured performance meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment with current performance and targets.
  • Prepare operating business plans with Business Unit Heads and lead work efforts related to financial forecasts and budget.
  • Act as a liaison for major procurement items.
Financial Performance Monitoring:

Monitor business unit performance against operating business plans.

  • Analyze and report financial statements to management, identifying supplementary reports as needed.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Review and sign off on tax returns and other compliance requirements.

  • Ensure alignment of policies and procedures with organizational standards.

This role requires a seasoned finance professional who can think strategically and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in real estate finance.
  • CPA/CMA/CFA or MBA is an advantage.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
