This position demands hands-on experience optimizing supply chains, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with vendors and 3PLs.

Ideal Background:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred
  • DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth backgrounds are highly valued
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Google Sheets/Excel is necessary
  • Strong organizational and vendor management skills are crucial
