Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be at the center of global operations-managing inventory, coordinating with vendors and logistics providers, and optimizing supply chain processes. You'll deliver timely, accurate reporting and ensure smooth collaboration across departments to support worldwide business goals.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in supply chain coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Acumatica).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Inventory, logistics coordination, vendor and order management, data reporting.
• SAP/Oracle/Acumatica experience in international inventory/logistics, order management.
• Supply chain/ERP systems, WMS, analytics tools.
• Additional Requirements:
• Certifications: APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with supply chain management tools.

Your Daily Tasks

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring the right quantity of products is available at the right time in various locations around the world.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with designated employees managing suppliers to ensure product availability, monitor order lead times, and resolve shipment issues.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics contacts to ensure goods from suppliers to customers/regional warehouses are executed and tracked to final destination.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and process automation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and review supply chain metrics and performance data, preparing reports to communicate results to senior management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with departments such as sales, procurement, operations, and customer service to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
