About This Role

The Senior Business Analyst will support operational efficiency with advanced data analytics and process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements, including key metrics and benchmarks
  • Assess stakeholder needs and requirements
  • Design, develop, and distribute reporting and visualization tools, leveraging business intelligence reporting
  • Manage analysis and assignment of regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads
  • Ensure all processes are documented, uniform, and securely stored
  • Suggest process improvements for improved efficiencies, removing waste, saving time, and reducing friction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including working with internal stakeholders and technology leads
  • Experience in complex problem solving and process improvement, analyzing and recommending solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI business intelligence reporting and Smartsheet
