Learning Experience Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learner-centered training programs that meet the needs of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and evaluation principles. They will be able to analyze learning needs, develop effective training solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or closely related field
- 3-5 years experience in designing and implementing training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Experience with courseware authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
- Excellent communication and project management skills
