About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to support the design and development of effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in various educational contexts.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and highly motivated individual to contribute to the creation of engaging and interactive learning experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with internal staff to co-design and create innovative learning solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with experience working in education sector.
  • Experience in designing human-centered learning experiences by applying understanding of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and relationship to educational technologies.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and ability to be adaptive and innovative using design thinking approach.
  • Experience with using digital education technologies in curriculum design including learning management systems, audio-visual and interactive media.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and autonomy with mindset focused on learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others to achieve outstanding results leveraging online communication tools.
