Job Title: Process Specialist

Summary:

The Process Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry within specified service level agreements (SLAs). This position demands a strong understanding of EDI or incoterms, experience with CargoWise or similar systems, and a background in customs administration or related fields.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently within SLAs
  • Guarantee data accuracy and quality control
  • Communicate effectively through email, chat, and online meetings

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field
  • Experience in using CargoWise or similar systems
  • Knowledge of EDI or incoterms
  • Licensed Customs Broker (an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm
  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
