Job Overview

A highly skilled Finance Manager is sought to oversee the financial operations of our organization.

The role requires a strong strategic thinker with expertise in financial planning, budget optimization and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Oversight
    • Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Oversee the work of supporting staff and contractors.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and deliver management reports with actionable insights.
    • Conduct profitability analyses across departments and service lines.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Establish internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with at least 2 years in management.
  • Deep knowledge of QuickBooks and other finance tools.
  • Prior experience with U.S. financial reporting standards and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day, not including a 1-hour break.
