TASQ is seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team as a Service Desk Team Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical executives in service desk operations, with a focus on supervising day-to-day delivery and performance.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing teams, including resource planning and performance management
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handling customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in service desk operations (preferably in BPO)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
