Transform Business Outcomes as a Process Quality Expert We seek an innovative and analytical professional to lead service quality & experience initiatives. This role involves spearheading improvement projects that elevate our services, enhance efficiency, and ensure customer-centricity. Additionally, the successful candidate will support communication, training, and engagement efforts to facilitate seamless project implementation and team alignment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Training, Communication & Engagement:
    • Develop clear communications for new programs, process changes, and updates
    • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions
    • Organize team events such as forums and town halls
  • Data & Insights:
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Translate insights into actionable plans
    • Maintain reports and dashboards for transparency
  • Improvement & Programme Delivery:
    • Support and lead projects to enhance service quality and performance
    • Collaborate with other teams to solve problems and deliver results
    • Track and report progress using service metrics such as SLAs and feedback
    • Ensure all improvements align with organizational goals and best practices
 Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, service improvement, or transformation work
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Background in training, business management, or communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, or BMC
 Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) practices
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams and Miro
