Job Description

The company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive data-driven insights and optimization strategies for performance campaigns across all markets. This role requires detailed campaign analysis, onsite performance evaluation, and accurate forecasting to ensure targets are consistently achieved.

This position involves managing a Meta campaign manager responsible for launching social media campaigns in multiple markets. Key responsibilities include exceeding revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets by actively optimizing keywords and ad creatives, accelerating growth in high-performing markets through strategic bid adjustments and refining audience targeting, expanding market share in growth markets by launching and optimizing new campaigns, and driving continuous improvement through proactive development and communication of actionable opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a performance marketer, with significant hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, large budgets, and a proven track record of embodying ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, attention to detail, excellent listening and communication skills, an analytical mindset, collaboration, and adaptability.

The successful candidate will participate in a series of interview stages, including an introductory call, career deep dive, behavioural fit assessment, reference interviews, and requirement for background screening.
