Job Description As a dedicated marketing professional, this role involves spearheading the technical and operational aspects of campaign implementation. Working closely with the creative team ensures high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance. This position requires strategic execution of retention marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities Execute and optimize email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails. Execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance. Quality check campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables. Collaborate with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution. Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards). Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution. Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines.
