Facebook Advertising Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Facebook advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaigns, a deep understanding of the Facebook advertising platform, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or working in a paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Adept with using Facebook Business Manager and proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
  • Natural leadership flair and passion for spreading paid social knowledge.
