Job Title: Paid Social Specialist

We're looking for a skilled and creative Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for results, a knack for strategy, and a zest for learning.

The Paid Social Media Specialist will play a key role in the Performance team, working on paid social campaigns for e-commerce brands.

  • Set up and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns daily to meet specific KPIs and budgets.
  • Refresh campaigns by uploading new creative content and tweaking elements as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies and provide insights.
  • Guide designers on creative requirements and ad designs.
  • Contribute to channel-specific ad creative ideation, strategy, and testing.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and generate reports to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Engage in client sessions, delivering updates on campaign performance and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
  • Prior in-house experience in e-commerce realm.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce and digital marketing terminologies.
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • A burning passion for mastering performance marketing and elevating e-commerce brands.
  • Team-player mentality with the drive to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills paired with adept time management.
