Strategic Finance Business Partner

Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated finance professional to join our dynamic team. This role combines strategic financial planning and analysis with collaborative business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, providing financial guidance and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Partner with operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Support business units in financial decision-making processes, including investment appraisals and cost management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation to enhance financial processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on business partnering roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
