Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional service to our clients through inbound and outbound communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and finding solutions that meet the needs of each client.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, funding, and reports to ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field, preferably in a BPO - North American Account environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and find effective solutions.
  • A reliable internet connection and proficiency in using Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
