We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch service to our customers. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality results in a timely manner.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple systems to compile needed information.
Gathering specific information from customers, providing resolution on first interaction, and delivering quality results in a timely manner are key aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Deliver resolution on the first interaction with the caller and achieve quality results in a timely manner.
- Collect and gather all necessary information for review and assist clinical staff in this process.
- Cross-train with other communication platforms as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment (healthcare experience an advantage).
- Proficient in computer use and possessing excellent verbal/communication skills.
- Passionate about continuous process improvement and adaptable to shifting schedules.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
