Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional and timely support to our customers via chat, email or phone.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries about product information, order tracking and account concerns in a patient and empathetic manner.
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast and accurate support.
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
- Access to a computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred).
