We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for Healthcare to oversee daily operations and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
  • Analyze performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Perform supervisory tasks as required to support team growth and development.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in BPO handling US Healthcare Accounts.
  • 6 months experience as a Team Lead.
  • In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance policies and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mind.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Able to work night shifts onsite.
