Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for agents delivering high-quality services.
  • Conduct training and coaching to improve performance.
  • Analyze and report on productivity metrics, attendance, and compliance with company protocols.
  • Keep clients updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through regular communication.
  • Perform other supervisory tasks as required.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience handling a US Healthcare Account in a Business Process Outsourcing setting.
  • At least 6 months leadership experience.
  • Knowledgeable in US Healthcare Insurance regulations.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite and adapt to night shifts.
