Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end billing function, including accurate setup and maintenance of customer records, agreements, and invoicing in line with company standards.

This role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient processes, compliance with policies, and timely communication with stakeholders. You will also assist in streamlining the billing workflows and generating reports for management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in processing and issuing accurate invoices in line with company policies and client agreements.
  • Strong ability to reconcile billing data and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Experience supporting multi-region billing operations.
  • Skilled in managing customer accounts and agreements, including setup, updates, and terminations using billing systems.
  • Capable of generating monthly and ad hoc invoices, credit notes, and handling billing inquiries and discrepancies.
