Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our global finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and financial processes, delivering accurate, complete, and timely financial reports.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions, including accruals and adjustments.
  • Maintain, update, and ensure the general ledger is accurate.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with granular and financial statement inquiries.
  • Draft and send invoices to clients and/or draft bills received from vendors.
  • Consolidate and send documents (invoices/payment proof/bank statement).
  • Support the integration of systems, processes, and reporting structures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent courses. CPA title and US GAAP familiarity are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as an accounting professional, preferably with external and/or internal audit, or accounting firm background.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to dissect and comprehend legal agreements between entities.
  • Experience using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho.
  • Reconciling external documentation and company records to ensure transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Making adjustments as needed, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation entries.
  • Intercompany reconciliation experience.
  • Comprehending essential financial statements, such as the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
