Financial Operations Expert

The primary responsibility of the Accounting Specialist role involves reviewing and processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure seamless bill payment.
Key tasks include monitoring, reconciling, and ensuring the accuracy of the AP Aging report for month-end closing processes, maintaining vendor accounts, and addressing vendor inquiries effectively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing Form 1099 at the end of each calendar year, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations related to cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and expense accruals, as well as assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax filings.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years' experience performing these tasks, along with expertise in Airbase and NetSuite (preferably).
