We are seeking an expert in automation finance to lead the improvement of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Document and optimize system processes.
  • Build and manage automated data flows between systems using integration APIs.
  • Analyze and propose market AI solutions to benefit the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing, and integrating one or more Enterprise applications or SaaS software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
  • Good functional and configuration level understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with integration APIs is essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to perform research and analysis on new technologies, including AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath or RPA platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
