Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.

The Google Ads specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads.
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate campaign tracking and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and strong interpersonal and public relations skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, along with at least 1-3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g. ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements).
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
