Job Title: PPC Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Paid Media Team.

  • Oversee a team of analysts and communicate with clients to create, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns.
  • Lead direct reports in career development, including training, coaching, and disciplinary action.
  • Contribute to testing and optimization strategies for paid search campaigns.
  • Provide expert advice on keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years experience managing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, with the ability to lead experienced professionals.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when evaluating performance KPIs and troubleshooting issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
