We are looking for a Paid Media Expert to handle our social media marketing. This role involves developing and executing paid campaigns on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
The Role- Social Media Campaigns
- Create and manage paid social media campaigns on different internal platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Design engaging content suitable for each platform.
- Analyze campaign metrics to make informed decisions about ongoing and future campaigns.
- Track the performance of all employer branding campaigns and optimize them accordingly.
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to increase brand visibility and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct keyword research to maximize ad impact.
Requirements
- Prior experience in digital marketing with expertise in managing end-to-end paid social media, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Familiarity with using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
