Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients by responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Answer customer support calls and respond to emails in a courteous and efficient manner.
Update client databases with accurate and up-to-date information as necessary.
Promote other products and services to clients as needed.

Job Qualifications:
At least one year of call center experience is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Ability to work on site is a must.
Must be fully vaccinated.
