About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our services and products to effectively address customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Senior high graduate and college graduate are welcome to apply
• Must have good English communication skills
• With or Without Experience
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
