  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to fill the dual role of Real Estate Leasing Coordinator and Social Media Manager.
  • This position combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our real estate business, allowing you to utilize your skills in both areas to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.
